Robert John Kozloski, III is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. Mr. Kozloski focuses his practice on business litigation matters with experience in a variety of areas, including breach of contract cases, business torts, real estate disputes, commercial lease disputes, and director and officer liability cases. Mr. Kozloski received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean's Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. During law school, Mr. Kozlowski held many positions including working as an extern for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, an independent government agency focusing on the elimination of anticompetitive business practices, as well as clerking for the District Attorney's Office in Tennessee. Robert graduated with honors from Furman University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
