Cheralynn M. Gregoire

Cher helps manage Graham & Jensen’s business litigation practice. Business owners encounter a multitude of legal and regulatory issues during every stage of their business, from start-up, to the sale of a business, to dissolution and business divorce. With almost 15 years of experience representing businesses in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, Cher helps her clients solve the different types of legal problems that may arise, so they can remain focused on their business objectives. Cher strives to add value to her clients by providing a “one stop shop” where they can obtain advice and representation in a wide range of areas, including disputes involving construction, real estate, contracts, insurance coverage, non-compete covenants and trade secrets, business torts, and business divorce. She also has extensive experience assisting businesses with secured and unsecured loan transactions and special asset management and recovery. Cher enjoys helping her clients out of court with general corporate matters as well, including providing start-up advice, preparing governing documents, and drafting and negotiating construction contracts, loan agreements, and employment agreements, among other things. Cher's business litigation experience provides her with valuable insight to help clients minimize risk in their day-to-day operations so they can hopefully avoid litigation, when possible.
